Green Whales reserves the right to give you a better trip by changing our routes and itinerary from those advertised as conditions dictate and circumstances vary.

If you have to cancel your booking please give us as much notice as possible. To date we have never cancelled a tour and we don't ever want to, if you cancel within 1 week of the tour departure date we will offer you a place on another tour. If you do not turn up on the tour departure day we will still charge you the full amount.

We think it is important to have travel insurance as we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal possessions on the tours - so please get some!
